Leslie Larimore

Ms. Leslie Faye Larimore of Loganville, Georgia, formerly of Green County, daughter of the late Michael Larimore and Diane Durrett Larimore-Troy, was born on March 7, 1970 in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.  She departed this life on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Georgia having attained the age of 53 years, five months and two days.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ. Leslie had been employed by Nanston Dental Group. Her hobbies included anything artistic and she was very gifted at painting, drawing and calligraphy.

Survivors include three sons: Christopher Larimore, James “Sid” Larimore and Aleks Larimore all of Georgia; one sister: Michela Larimore of Black Gnat; one brother: Harold Richard “PJ” Troy, III of Black Gnat; one niece: Mackenzie Larimore of Black Gnat; aunts and uncles: Earl Jr. and Evelyn Durrett of New Hampshire, Joe and Jean Durrett of Louisville; Shirley Durrett of Gabe, and Brenda and Peter Larson of Maine; plus a host of other relatives and friends.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandparents: Harold “Buck” and Florice Mears Larimore, and Earl and Hazel Ward Durrett.

Cremation was chosen by the family with services to be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in the Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville.

Expressions of sympathy are requested to be in the form of donations to the family expense fund, which can be made at the funeral home.

Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the arrangements.
