Jarred McClister

Mr. Jarred Delane McClister of Columbia, Kentucky, son of James McClister and the late Miranda Cooper, was born on April 30, 1984 in Adair County, Kentucky. He departed this life on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at his residence having attained the age of 39 years, 11 months and 16 days. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a former employee of Burton Paving and Cox Interior.

Survivors include one son, Jaylen McClister of Greensburg; his father: James McClister of Columbia; his grandmother: Faye Kelsay and J.D. Janes of Columbia; one stepdaughter: Tianna McIntosh of Greensburg; the mother of his son: Carla McClister of Greensburg; plus a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his mother, Miranda Cooper, he was also preceded in death by his grandfather: Gary Cooper; one step-brother: Joey Franklin; and an uncle: David Lee Cooper.

The funeral services for Mr. Jarred McClister will be conducted at 12 Noon, Central Time, on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg with Kyle Coffey officiating. 

Visitation is requested after 10 A.M., Central Time, on Tuesday until the time of the service.

Expressions of sympathy are requested to be made in the form of donations towards funeral expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
